The VIZIA smart light switch is easy to set up, and makes it even easier to control your lights from anywhere in the world. Forgot to turn off the lights in lounge before you got into bed? No problem turn them OFF with a tap of the "Smart Life" app, or even better, just say "Hey Siri, turn OFF the lights". You can also use voice commands with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Here's another great suggestion, save energy by setting a schedule for your outdoor lights to turn ON automatically at sunset, and OFF again at sunrise.
And here's a tip for the smart home enthusiasts the smart switch can control much more than just lights, for example you can set up the smart switch to turn on a heater, or a TV, or even boil a smart kettle.
NB: REQUIRES A NEUTRAL WIRE
The smart light switch requires both a live (red) wire and neural (black) wire. Most houses in South Africa don't come with neutral wires in the light switch box, so you will need an electrician to pull through a neutral wire from the ceiling. This is usually a quick and easy job for an electrician to do, but please be aware that the light switch will not work without the neutral wire.

When will delivery take place?
Our delivery team is ready to pack and deliver your order as soon as payment confirmation and required supporting documents such as TV License validation are received.

What if my items are damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered?

What if I receive the incorrect items or quantity of products?
Mistakes do happen, should you experience this please notify us immediately so that we can get our team to assist you. You can notify us on 0800 111 081 or everyshop@jdg.co.za and we will arrange to collect the incorrect items and replace them as soon as possible.
What about Returns & Refunds?
If you are not absolutely in love with your new purchase you may return or exchange your products subject to producing the original receipt and ensuring the product is in its original packaging and condition.
