The VIZIA Mini DC UPS an uninterruptible power supply for any 5/9/12V device, and is ideal to supply backup power for Wi-Fi routers or CCTV cameras. During a blackout or load shedding, the UPS will automatically switch to battery power, and your device will stay ON without any interruption. You can expect around 5 hours of backup power for a typical Wi-Fi router, but the actual backup time may be more or less depending on how much power your device consumes. The UPS can be set up in seconds, with only one cable between the UPS and the device to connect. The batteries inside are high quality lithium-ion, manufactured by LG (the same “LG” that makes TVs, fridges, washing machines, etc.)

What if my items are damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered?

What if I receive the incorrect items or quantity of products?
Mistakes do happen, should you experience this please notify us immediately so that we can get our team to assist you. You can notify us on 0800 111 081 or everyshop@jdg.co.za and we will arrange to collect the incorrect items and replace them as soon as possible.
