The vivoactive 4 Smartwatch from Garmin provides you with a full-color, customizable, digital Garmin Chroma display, and built-in technology for all-day fitness and health tracking. Heart Rate
The vivoactive 4 tracks your heart rate while at rest and during workouts. At rest, constant samples of your heart rate are recorded in order to alert you if your heart rate stays elevated for a certain period of time. When working out, the heart rate monitor helps you gauge how much effort you gave to each exercise.
Sleep Tracking
After a night's sleep, the vivoactive 4 provides you with a detailed breakdown of your light, deep, and REM sleep stages, as well as your Pulse Ox readings and respiration data.
Body Battery
The watch can track your energy levels throughout the day, so you'll know the best times for activity and rest.
Hydration Tracking
Staying hydrated is essential, and the vivoactive 4 will remind you to drink some water based on your manually-entered water intake logs. You can even see how consistently hydrated you are from day to day.
Menstrual Cycle Tracking
The vivoactive 4 lets you track your month-to-month menstrual cycle and log physical and emotional symptoms. You can also learn about training and nutrition during each phase of your cycle. Your cycle tracking info is available right on the watch face, where you'll be able to see period reminders, cycle details, and your logged symptoms for the day.
Respiration Tracking
The vivoactive 4 can track how well you're breathing throughout the day, including while you sleep, during breathwork, and while performing yoga activities.
Stress Tracking
The vivoactive 4 lets you know if you're having a calm, balanced, or stressful day. If your day becomes too stressful, the smartwatch will provide relax reminders and prompt you to perform a short breathing activity.
Safety & Tracking
When paired with your smartphones, the vivoactive 4 can send your location to your contacts either manually, or when outside, automatically via built-in incident detection.

When will delivery take place?
Our delivery team is ready to pack and deliver your order as soon as payment confirmation and required supporting documents such as TV License validation are received.
What if I miss my delivery?
We will make sure to give you a call and reschedule as soon as possible.
What if my items are damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered?
Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery on 0800 111 081 or everyshop@jdg.co.za. We will do our best to have the damaged product collected and a new product delivered to you. For more details view our returns and refunds policy.
What if I receive the incorrect items or quantity of products?
Mistakes do happen, should you experience this please notify us immediately so that we can get our team to assist you. You can notify us on 0800 111 081 or everyshop@jdg.co.za and we will arrange to collect the incorrect items and replace them as soon as possible.
What about Returns & Refunds?
If you are not absolutely in love with your new purchase you may return or exchange your products subject to producing the original receipt and ensuring the product is in its original packaging and condition.
